This watermelon sorbet by Whisk Creamery based in Subiaco is hands down the dessert of this summer! Actual watermelon with watermelon sorbet wedged in between and topped off with chocolate buttons. Their cronut milkshake was a lot more tasty. But this watermelon sorbet takes the prize for creativity.
